Nathalia Teixeira, the Founder and President of Hardy Global Mission (HGM), is a passionate individual who felt a strong calling from God to serve and make a difference in the world. During the pandemic, she put her faith to the test and obediently followed God's command, embracing her purpose and the role she was created for. In 2021, Nathalia founded HGM, marking the beginning of her journey to impact lives and uplift communities.

Nathalia is married to Gilson Teixeira Jr., her high school sweetheart of 19 years. They have two beautiful children, Bryan and Olivia, who actively volunteer and join Nathalia on missions to Brazil and Uganda. The entire family is deeply involved in the mission of HGM, sharing a common commitment to serve others.

While Nathalia initially pursued a degree in psychology and nutrition with the intention of helping people in the area of emotional and compulsive eating, she soon realized that God had different plans for her. With her extensive background in bookkeeping and administration, Nathalia selflessly serves HGM as a 100% volunteer, along with other board members who also serve without compensation.

Nathalia's resources for supporting HGM come from the three companies she runs with her husband: Premier Cooling Services, Hardy Metal Fabrications, and Hardy NYC & Company. These companies specialize in HVAC, metal fabrications, and brand sales, respectively. Nathalia uses the profits generated by Hardy NYC & Company to fund projects at HGM, such as the sewing course. This unique approach demonstrates Nathalia's belief in the power of social entrepreneurship and the importance of the for-profit sector contributing to causes beyond financial gain. She ensures that 10% of the monthly proceeds from all three businesses are donated to HGM and other missions, exemplifying her commitment to helping those in need.
